Please put a specific subject line on it. A note that says which entry you are writing about, and which paper and pigments you used, gets a much more useful answer than one that does not.
Corrections
If an entry states something wrong — a misattributed pigment, a paper weight that does not behave as described, a broken step order — say so and it will be corrected on the page, with the correction noted rather than quietly swapped in.
Permissions and press
For translation, republication or commercial licensing, write to the same address with "Permission" in the subject line and describe the intended use. Short quotation with attribution and a link does not need to be cleared.
Privacy requests
Access, deletion, correction and opt-out requests under the GDPR or the CCPA go to the same address and are handled under the privacy policy on this site.
Response time
Replies usually go out within a few working days. Mail about a specific entry is easiest to answer when it names the entry.
